Raw Material Inspection

In many commodities the product is only as good as the raw material it was made from. Sourced Now can conduct an onsite inspection of any raw goods that you products are going to be made from before manufacturing.

Depending on your specifications we can send them to many different laboratories with Western Standards to be inspected/analyzed and then forward you the results before manufacturing commences. This can cost you a little more time. However, it can save you more money than you can afford to lose.

Production Line Inspection

Sourced Now has a team of product inspectors that can conduct inspections at any and all times of the production period. Sourced Now has a full team of factory inspectors that are educated on all types of different commodities. Through using their years of experience they will find any and all problems that arise when onsite.

There is nothing worse than trying to convince a company to redo work that they have already done due to minor/major issues. We can offer you the assurance that your product is being manufactured to your exact specifications and can save you many delays on getting your products to your country of destination.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

It is a good idea to have Sourced Now conduct a pre-shipment inspection before the final payment is made to the factory. This will ensure that your products are exactly what you need before you transfer the remaining amount of money due on the order. Once you give the remaining balance of monies owed to the factory you are no longer have the leverage needed to persuade a factory to do the right thing if there are any issues to correct.

Sourced now can inspect any amount of your products. Typically most of our clients want a minimum of 10% of randomly selected product inspected inside and out. If you wish for a higher or lower percentage to be inspected just tell us and that is what you will get. No matter what the product is Sourced Now has staff that is qualified to inspect the commodity.
