I first contacted Sourced Now after weeks on the net looking at different trade websites. I found it funny that almost every factory was a "Gold Member". It did not take me long to realize that these factories all bought this "elite" status on these sites. In my eyes this should be something earned. It makes deciding on who is a real factory in China and who is not.
With Sourced Now's factory audit they quickly investigated several factories for me. The results were shocking; two of the 5 factories had lawsuits going at that time with western companies, and another was not even a real factory. This is something that would have been impossible for me to do from the states. However in three days Sourced Now found more information than I could have in a lifetime here.
I can say that if I had not contacted Source Now there is a high chance that I would have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. The small fee that they charged me for this was worth a hundred times the price. My advice to all who read this is; do not believe what you see on trade websites. Just google it if you don't believe me.

I have been trying to business in China for 3 years. Some of it with great success and some of it with horrible results. When I first came across Sourced Now's website; I thought there is no way that a company can do all of this.

My first interaction with China was going to a few trade shows there that were for car accessories. Upon walking into the building I was pumped with excitement. It was not until I was passed my first 20 booths that I realized that I was not in Kansas anymore. They language barrier was incredible. I left China with no hopes of being to complete a successful business transaction there.

I am like all other businessmen, I want to save money by buying direct from China. It sounded easy 3 years ago when I began trying to do so. After three years I had almost given up, until I got a flyer in the mail a few months ago from Sourced Now.
I contacted them through their website, the very next day I got a reply from them with a list of questions about the product that I had inquired about. After three years, I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was to get a list of questions about my product. All I ever got from a manufacturer there was "yes we can do that, send us a sample and we will copy it". This works of most things. However, it does not work when you are trying to get a prototype built of a new product.
Inside of the next month Sourced Now not only found a competent factory to make my product, but they had the sample made and overnighted to me. After my approval of the sample my first order was on the water in less than 30 days.
I can't tell you how easy they made the entire process for me. Without them I would have given up on China completely.

I have used Sourced Now for over 15 different transactions in China now. This is after years of doing it myself. They have taken the language barrier out of dealing with China for me, got me better pricing that I could on my own, and made all the logistics simpler for me. I cannot tell you how many times in the past that I had products sitting in a warehouse somewhere in China waiting for an available boat. I am one of those scary stories that you here about China. I thought that doing business with a Chinese company was easy as it was here in England. My very first deal fell through the floor in a very hard way. I went to a trade show in Shanghai and met a supplier, they had a wide range of samples there at the show. I thought that they were a reputable supplier, that is until I could not get a hold of them after I wired my down payment for my first order with them. I lost 70,000 GBP on that order. If I had known about Sourced Now then my financial situation would be much much different today.
From here on every factory that I do business with I am going to have Sourced Now complete a full audit on them, negotiate the price/MOQ, and handle all of the manufacturing agreements. They may take a few percent for their services. But in my experience that is very cheap. Besides they get better pricing than I can on my own and it is still cheaper if I did myself. I think of it as my Chinese insurance policy. While nothing in life is guaranteed, I sleep better that Sourced Now has my back in China.

I was like "western people". I thought that I could find a supplier online on one of those trade websites (I won't mention their name). I contacted a manufacturer through the trade website, I thought they must be a good reputable supplier they were a "Gold Supplier". After months of dealing with person on the other end of an internet connection I was ready to scream. I don't want to sound ethnocentric...but do they teach English in that country?
I then came across Sourced Now as a recommendation from a friend of mine. I had Sourced One contact that company for me. I deal with a highly sensitive commodity in the medical field. I have been buying from other European Suppliers. Importing products for China always seemed like a daunting task. I had found many companies that sold the items I wanted on trade websites, but had problems with language barriers, and knowing if the company was truly who they said they were.
